Helen Wood: 'Cameron coming out was all an act'

Thursday 1st November 2018

He may be odds-on to win Big Brother, but Helen Wood reckons that Cameron Cole is the biggest game player in the house.

The vlogger from Norwich—who went into the house at 4/1—is now the dead cert to claim victory in Monday’s final.

But Helen’s not convinced his emotional coming out as gay was as genuine as it seemed.

In the second part of her final Big Brother vlog (below), she said: “Everyone will say I’m an a*sehole for saying this, but why did everyone buy that whole, ‘oh, I can’t even say the word’ about him coming out that he was gay.

“It’s 2018 pal, no one is arsed that you’re gay. And you know no one’s arsed that you’re gay. But that was your big game plan to hopefully get you to win the show.

“Which might happen because everyone’s really fickle to that kind of thing these days, so he probably will bag the winning ticket.

“I genuinely believe it was all an act and I actually liked him up until that point.”

The 19-year-old is now 8/11 with the bookmakers, ahead of second place Akeem Griffiths at 11/8.

Helen’s favourite Cian Carrigan is third at 14/1, followed by Sian Hamshaw, Brooke Berry and Zoe Jones all at 25/1.

Helen continued: “I hope Cian wins. It’s terrible that the Irish can’t vote. I don’t understand why they get really good characters on a show, but his own people can’t even vote for him.

“I hope people over here pick up the phone and do the right thing because no one else in the house deserves to win.”
