It's chaos in the girls team as Lottie James takes the fall in Survival of the Fittest

Thursday 15th February 2018

The Survival of the Fittest girls are turning on their own after losing their third challenge in a row.

The group lost the team challenge on Wednesday night’s show by seconds, and annoyed at the boys’ victory and the prospect of going home, Georgie and Georgia spent no time laying the blame on Lottie James.

The welsh farmer struggled to find the bottle in the sandpit and too more time than the rest of the girls, who have branded her the “weak link”.

Following a discussion, Georgia, Georgie, Jenny, Miriam and Mettisse will confront the 22-year old on tonight’s show ahead of one of them being replaced.

Georgie says out of her earshot: “We couldn’t have won it without us but we could have won it without Lottie.”

Mettisse later speaks to Lottie about her apparent lack of support for the team during the task.

“I was but I’m just not a loud person. I was supporting!” Lottie says, getting upset and saying she wants to go home.

The talk seems to help her case as Mettisse sees her side of things, musing that she “forgot about the different personalities” within the group and “should have known” she was supporting them.

She later says she feels like she’s at school and tries to help heal the rift between Georgie takes Lottie.

In the tree house, Lottie gets upset: “I just feel like everyone else is way better than me.”

But as the elimination hangs over the girls' heads, it seems the boys are thinking tactically so are unlikely to get rid of Lottie.

James says: “Number one, that’s a good thing for us if she is a weak link, it’s unfortunate for the Girls.”

Survival of the Fittest continues tonight from 9pm on ITV2.
