Desperate to get on Love Island next year but don't know how to compete with all the tanned, toned singletons?
Now you can pay to be coached into getting a place on the ITV2 show.
A company has become the first in the UK to offer reality TV star coaching services to give you the best chance to get on your favourite TV show.
Dubbed the Reality Star Squad, the service will include time with a social media expert, acting coach, personal trainer, wardrobe consultant and make-up and hair stylist.
But all this doesn’t come cheap—it’ll cost you £500 a month—and there is no guarantee at the end that you’ll get picked to jet off to the Mallorcan villa.
The service, aimed at people between 18 and 35, will equip budding telly stars with the tools to up their social media presence, gaining more exposure through platforms like Twitter and Instagram.
A personal trainer, professional shopper, hair stylist and make-up artist will get the client in shape if needed and give them a modern makeover in line with the latest trends.
The squad will also teach you how to do makeup, hair and pick stylish clothes, while an acting coach will advise how to behave on screen and in scripted situations.
Bark.com launched the service to cater for growing demand, which has soared in recent years due to the popularity of these reality shows.
Kai Feller, co-founder of Bark.com, said: “Reality TV, and more specifically Love Island, is huge right now. It’s a viable career path for millennials, a lot of money is to be made from these shows, you just have to look at past Love Island contestants to see that.
“Obviously, we’re not saying everyone who is coached by our Reality Star Squad is guaranteed to end up with fame and fortune, but it will give them the best chance at it.”
